Well then, I can see you are not happy, but he's right guys, I know some of you oldbies know's what he's talking about. There's been an huge influx of players that just have not been holding the responsibility and reputation needed to be in an org.

REMEMBER THIS! BEING IN AN ORG IS NOT A REQUIREMENT. IT IS A PRIVELAGE, AND SHOULD TREAT IT AS SO!

It's certainly sucks to see a guild unravel as what CFI has been coming too. I've been around AO a very long time, I've been a part of many guilds, some which have been good experiences, some which have been not so good. I know that I've not been a member of CFI an extremely long time, though I've seen a guild in this state before and it's sad to see it happening in a guild which I have called home in AO.

A guild will not succeed if the members do not get along and work together as a whole. With people being in a guild and coming to expect things to be a handout and not work for things then these people shouldn't be a part of the guild. Guilds are meant to be there to help people work together as a good, to help enhance the gaming experience though lately as I've become aware of there are many unhappy with how things are working, hence there being an influx in leaving and people being kicked, and people becoming very unhappy.

CFI is under a revamping, and that in itself is a difficult task. It doesn't help to have things try to be put together when all is being done is bitching and complaining and people giving up. Things aren't going as they should then do something about it instead of taking a negative stand in the matter. I know that people are unhappy but doesn't one think that coming onto the forum and acting like a child is the way to go in helping solve the matter?!

That'll never work! I was wondering whether to giggle and go teehee, yeah you tell him Tech, or to be surprised to see someone take this stance and become offensive and threating.

Poor Wormy, from what I have become aware of is having a difficult time in trying to figure out how to put this guild together again when it's apparent that instead of people trying to work together to rebuild CFI there is just chaos going on. The guild lacks some structure in a way, I notice there is a lot of "he said, she said" there is bickering done among members though not done as a guild so things build up to where eventually it gets unpleasent and right now this guild need some structure and I know that Wormy is ultimately trying to see this happen. I know that I'm mentioning Wormy a lot here though he is the one who is in the position of guild president and he is in the leader position where it's apparent there are problems and he is trying to work a way to get CFI back on it's feet with a revamping.

There are those who are selfish in the guild, as I've noticed, as well as being told about people, and that is not right, it's hard to have a guild of people when people are not working together. Just like out of game in the real life you cannot have control over how people are at times and with people who are being selfish and wanting to be handed out things and not want to be a help to others really, what's the point for these people to be in a guild in the first place. It's only making things unhappy for others and these people should be dealt with. The guild will only forever be as strong as it's weakest link, so as long as things keep going as they are there won't ever be an end to this madness. CFI lacks unity, that I have noticed and it's something I miss in a guild...too many players out for personal gain and when it comes to others theres the lack of help to be had. It's really nice to now see there being a Code of Conduct put in place for the guild to have people acknowledge and agree too to be a part of the guild. Rules and guidelines are needed in a society to have things work in order to not have complete chaos. I'm happy to see the CoC now being enforced and really it can help to have things work better in the future, with those who have come to stick with the guild at this time, as well as the guidelines are there to help people who become members in the future so that things don't come into disarray like they have become at this time.

I know that I've not been an outspoken member of CFI since joining, though that's just how I am. I'm not one to overstep my boundaries, and becoming a member of an existing strong guild I do not like to be seen as a very opiniated person....I'm not a bossy person, nor do I like to give mself a stronger voice then warrented, but speaking out on matters when things are not going to rights (and not bitching...that I'm not trying to do) is a key step to trying to help make the guild a better place. I know that things are running smooth now, though I'm one to not give up when I know deep down CFI can become a strong and happy guild again, where I know it once was.

Where CFI is where it is now, probably having a guild meeting would be a benefit. Everyone will not always be happy with what is going on in the guild, there will always be something to make someone unhappy, though working as a guild to try to make all members happy is what will help make unity in the guild, which is very much lacking at this time.

I think I'm making sense, I don't know. Too early in the morning yet and the caffine hasn't kicked in yet!

Anyhow, base of the matter is, in my opinion, the guild is in shambles and I know some people are trying hard to get things to a happy state again. You cannot make everyone happy, though there is the CoC which people should view as being sort of like law in regards to being a part of the guild and I know there is a revamping going on and it's chaos where there are some who just don't get it and are not really helping make matters any better right now, though with due time and with those who still want CFI to be their home working together through all this is needed and those who don't seem to want to take any responsibilty should stop ruining it for others.

CFI can be a happy home again, I'm still happy to call CFI my little AO home and will do my best to do my part in trying to see this guild build into a happy working guild again.

Like you say there's be a lot of "he said, she said" involved, this however has been fairly unavoidable due mostly to the differing timezones of our members, and the manner in which members left.

As of now, I'm fairly confident that atleast Wormx, Ophexs, Technogen and myself have pieced together 99% of what happened, and all have a clear idea of what actually took place.

Yes, it took some time, but we're getting there and already things seem to have cooled down a lot. *Fingers crossed*

It's been a taxing experience for all, but a learning one too I
hope, and I'd say we're all mroe able to handle things than we
have been previously.

Hang in there, we're really close.

) and I've learned this is just a friggen game. People take this way too fking seriously. If I told Tech to eat shit and die, he'd just say thanks. He doesn't take most of things seriously, along with me. We're just having fun. (game = fun, omfg!

There *was* 1 point where CFI was great, and friggen rocked, but lately it's like "I want this, gimme that"... what happened to the *real* CFI? The one I remember growing into? Wonder if Tech put it in his pants again. Bad Tech!

But anyway. It sucks a lot of people left CFI over some lame and stupid "drama". But maybe that's what we needed to start again and fresh, or something. Everything has a purpose, right? *shrugs*

But anyway (again?)... that's my two cents.
